Introduction:

Total Produce plc announces the following Board changes:

Retirement of Executive Director
Frank Gernon, executive director, has advised the Board that he will retire as a Director prior to the 2020 AGM.

Retirement of Non-Executive Director
Jerome Kennedy, non-executive director, has advised the Board that he will retire as a Director prior to the 2020 AGM.

Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Helen Nolan will join the Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2019.

Commenting on these Board changes, Total Produce’s Chairman, Carl McCann said:
“Frank has been an integral part of our Group for over 45 years and has served as an Executive Director of Total Produce since 2007. His outstanding service, dedication and accomplishments have been invaluable. During his tenure he has played a key role in the stewardship and development of the Group.

Jerome has served as a Non-executive Director on the Board and its Committees since the formation of Total Produce Plc. The Group has benefitted greatly from his business acumen, professionalism and wise counsel over the years.

I join the Board in extending to Frank and Jerome our sincerest appreciation for their dedication and commitment. Their valuable contributions have added greatly to the success of Total Produce. We wish them the very best for the future.

We are very pleased that Helen is joining the Board as a Non-executive Director. Helen is a highly experienced senior financial executive with the Bank of Ireland where she is also Company Secretary. We look forward to her contribution to the continued development of Total Produce.”

Helen Nolan Biographical Details

Helen (61) has extensive experience in senior executive roles. She is currently a senior executive and Company Secretary for Bank of Ireland. Helen is a non-executive director of Our Lady’s Hospice and chaired the Audit Committee of the Department of Agriculture for a number of years. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Full details of her current and past directorships within the last five years will be provided under a separate regulatory filing. There are no other items requiring disclosure in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules and the Euronext Growth Rules. Helen Nolan does not currently have any interest in ordinary shares in Total Produce.
