(Frankort & Koning) and subsidiaries for up to 15 million subject to, inter alia, regulatory approval. Headquartered in Venlo, the Netherlands, Frankort & Koning is a highly respected fresh produce company with operations principally in the Netherlands, Germany and Poland.
Total Produce is now pleased to announce that it has received regulatory clearance for its investment in Frankort & Koning and the transaction is expected to complete in due course.
